Class Progress and Grades Tool

It is very important that you view grades and feedback from your instructor to understand how you are progressing in the course. Class Progress is the best place to go to view your grade and specific details including overall and question level feedback left by your instructor. The Grades tool, or gradebook, typically lists the grade earned and overall feedback.

Once your discussion participation and dropbox assignment have been graded by your instructor, you can view your grade and read the feedback left by your instructor using the Details links in Class Progress.

For dropbox assignments, you may see link to a rubric or you might see annotations made within your document, which is referred to as inline feedback.

For quizzes, you may see your quiz details immediately after submission if the quiz is set up to auto-grade. However, if the instructor needs to grade certain questions, you will need to wait until the grade is published and then use Class Progress to view your grade and any instructor feedback. Depending on the course and quiz, you may be allowed a second attempt if your score is low on your first attempt. Be sure to use the Details link in Class Progress to determine what you should review before taking the quiz again.
